are you going to leave the rear alone (other than the 2.5" from the Revtek kit) and just add Billy's spacers to the front to level it? What are your measurements right now?
Mine are:
front: 36"
rear: 37.5"
So, after Billy's spacer I will probably have the rear still .5" higher than the front ... which is perfect, though I don't know if it will look perfect ... I am still somewhat concerned that it's going to look like a rocket at launch!

What happened on AIM? I wasn't on, so ... but, glad your connection is back!
I think it is a great idea to work up a full line of aftermarket 4th gen products - you'll have a great deal of interest there since not many companies have gotten around to our trucks yet.

Right when you popped onto aim, i lost my connection. i just tried to shoot you a quick response that told you what was going on with my comp...nothing more, just a quick heads up that i wasnt gonna be able to talk for a little while. pan hard drop brackets are already in the mix. i am sending one to 02runner that is exactly like the one i have on my ride. there is one hole in the bracket for about 2.5" of rear lift, and a second one for 4.5" so the consumer can use it most appropriately for their setup. it obviously bolts directly onto the existing pan har mount and is notched at the top to allow movement parallel to the rear axle yet eliminates any perpendicular movement which is the main concern. it is made out of 5/16" thick steel and allows just enough room for a rubber/polyurethane washer on either side of where the pan hard bar attaches as well as where the bracket connects to the original mount. a lot of time and thought was put into it. in the works right now is a tube steel low profile light bar that i should have on my rig soon. it sits nearly flush to the top of the roof, between the top of the windshield and the sunroof. a low profile design like this will not only look better, but also keep the lights tucked tightly to the vehicle, making the possibily of snagging the lights on anything while in the trees very low.

pics of every part as they are made will be on the net right asap. we are also tossing around the idea of a new shock setup in the front maintaining the stock coilovers yet lengthening the distance between the eyelet and the bottom of the shock to gain 3+ inches of lift without coil spacers. this one is gonna take a little while, and may also be an adjustable coilover...

as far as the "legalities" that i spoke of in the previous post, i was referring to getting the final stages of Nitrous Enterprises certified as an LLC (limited liability corporation out of the state of washington). we have been tuning and making custom parts for some time now, but need to get fully insured and work out some B&O tax situations so we can sell to the mass populous. this will make the retail process for all of us a much easier situation.

again, thanks for all of the interest everyone! feel free to continue to throw ideas at us as far as aftermarket accessories that would interest you. at this very moment, the top spacers and pan hard drop bracket are in full swing. we are working out contracts with a couple other companies who are interested in building custom lift coils and some other products.

have a good one all.

Billy,

I've decided to wait on the spacers until I get new tires/wheels.

I like the light bar idea, but I am personally looking for a design that mounts to the lower bumper. Similar to the one that JAOS makes. I want it to mount to the frame and not the bumper.

hey, thanks for filling me in on the spacer. a front light bar/bumper is definitely in the works and would for sure mount to the frame. we just need some time to get all of the prototypes worked out...please be patient and we will have a great selection of products as soon as we can.

Billy

keep the ideas coming

Could you just send me a catalog! That would be much easier.

In return I'll eventually send you my retirement fund!

I am going to leave the rear alone for the time being - I think it will look perfect when done. We'll see. I will check my measurements when i get home tonight.

Here are the spacers. Everyone who ordered them should see em by saturday, as they went out overnight mail today. They were tested up to 10,000 lbs of tensile strength, and are very precise in every regard. To be honest with you all, they are much nicer than the ones I have had on my rig for the last few months. Our new fabricator is truly a badass.

These are in full production now, so if anyone else is interested, let me know. The easiest place to do that is either here or at kegger187@yahoo.com, you can also call my cell @ 406-581-9378.

We can make any size spacer you want...so if you are running a daystar kit and want to make a change or addition, just let us know.

Thanks again, cant wait to see em on all of your rides. This is truly only the beginning of what we are going to get onto the market.
