(though as people have stated elsewhere, any kit will eventually settle - whether it's the spacers themselves or the suspension components)

the picture you posted of your Daystar spacers was very telling ... and while it was much better still than a NE spacer, it was still a little more deformed than i'd like to see. my revtek kit didn't settle that way, and the top spacer is metal, though the lower spacer feels heavy and tough enough to be metal too. (but i don't think it is?)
It's not the time installed but the beating they endure that makes them settle Once you have the Revtek propely "tested we will chat again.

Below pictures of some of my Daystar "testing", should give you a good idea that they were well used in offroading

Bob,
Shhhhhh............

fortunately the Runner cleans up well after things like that, a wash and wax after a few rollovers and she is fine again

Yeah he thought it was funny, I didn't think so at the time but laughed later. Shows the potential travel IFS can have. I can tell you my XREAS didn't enjoy it.

b-yota- Did you notice any Xreas response to 2 front wheels off the ground, or are you just supposing it didn't like the hammering!

No it just didn't like the landing, but then again only proper coilovers do like landings like that. Stock suspensions are not really up to the task for things like that. It just bottoms out, but I wouldn't recommend that it is done very often. Nothing was hurt, but I just dont like hard landings.

Again, Thanks for all the good info guys

I pulled the trigger on a daystar kit from wheelers. Good guys and did it for 239 shipped. I'm pretty handy but have never done any suspension work, easy install? Does anyone have specific directions addressing 4runners with xreas? Or know of any good write ups. I searched but not much came up. I'm pumped to get the kit installed with the hanna sliders and move away from the soccer mom truck.

Thanks.
