4th gen runner and FJ suspension question?

Are the 4th gen 4runner and FJ's suspension the same? I know the FJ is based off of the 4runner. I was asking procomp about their new 5.5 inch lift for the FJ and if it will work on the runner. They were wondering about doing a test fit if they are.

tis the same for the most part. slight differences but the differences are very minimal. if you are seriously considering the fabtech lift, ask them if you can be their test customer and you may very well get a great discount.

good luck!

It's Procomp, but thats basicly what I've got going on. It requires cutting of the crossmember, so I want to be REAL sure it will work...LOL...

If you are in SoCal, Fabtek was looking to do a few people's for free. Check the fjcruiser forum for details.
