Billy,
How much lift are you currently running? If I remember correctly your running a suspension lift so are you not worried about your CV joints? Just curious since your going to be adding another inch soon. Oh, and where are the pics???

Midiwall-

Hey, glad you found the link. Thanks for the comps. Just trying to help the rest of us.

Austin-

All i have right now is just the revtek 3" spacer setup in the front, and a modified revtek spacer in the rear to gain an extra 1.5-2". As of right now, my CV joints sit at an angle of less than 5 degrees. I have been told that 15 degrees would more or less be the limiting factor, so I still have a little room to work with. And yes, the new control arms should add around an inch, which will be my final stance for the front (I hope), and then I am just going to buy a set of the downey rear lift coils and add them to the revtek spacer in the rear. I'll be sure to keep you all posted. I have done a bit of trimming inside the fender, but to 99% of the population it is entirely unnoticable...so yeah, 315's with just 3" of lift right now.

315's w/ only 3" of lift? You're not planning on wheeling it w/ 35's are you? <cough> BREAKAGE <cough>

Just a heads up.... She looks AWESOME though. Just watch those CV's, and make sure those 35's don't start " self-clearancing" things when you start articulation the suspension... esp. when aired down.

Nice ride.... I'm warming up to the 4th gens too... My neighbor bought one the same color as yours last year... Can't talk him into any mods yet though...

wolfpack-

Hey thanks. Once complete, I will have 4" of lift in the front and almost 6" in the rear...should be there in the next few weeks. I have a set of 33" M/T's that I am going to buy some steel wheels for, so I can swap them on when I hit the trails. And yes, the 315's do a great job of "self-clearancing" themselves.

Hey, I posted another thread asking how to get that long bolt out that holds my upper control arm to the frame but have gotten no responses from anyone...I ran numerous searches and looked all over the net. I am just trying to figure out how I can get that bolt outta there when it appears there is not even close to enough room to pull it out...anyone have insight for me here...I gotta ship out in the morning to Inland Truck. Thanks.

Billy

Billy:

Are you still looking for the wheel spacers? Marlin Crawler makes some wheel spacers w/ different spacing so check them out.

Lance-

Hey thanks for the wheel spacer link...i'll check it out. I dont think I am going to need them after I put on the new control arms. I am having new front spacers fabbed today to give me one more inch in the front, then i just gotta wait on downey for those rear coils...they don't seem to be moving too fast. Thanks again.
