Does anyone know for certain if I can swap out the 3.73:1 front and rear axle gears in my 2018 4Runner with a set of 4.3:1 Gears from a 2017 Tacoma?

I don't know much about the new stuff but I'd imagine they still share a lot of parts like they always have. That being said I'm pretty sure the front diff is swap able still and I think the rear thirds are swap-able. That being said your best bet is to just swap the tacoma diffs into the runner. Its a lot easier than trying to swap just the gears. Don't take just my thoughts alone into consideration. Its possible they aren't the same parts. Do some more research to get a more definitive answer.
