Are you going for a PreRunner look? It will be pretty nose high.

My advice to you is either skip the daystar front spacers or order something for the rear springs too. I installed the Daystar 'leveling kit' on my tacoma, like hB4Runner said, it ended up nose high so I ended up doing an AAL in the back. Daystar's included instructions also leave a bit to be desired. I found it much easier to remove the Swaybar to get it out of my way...Good luck...

I have a 2/1 lift and it has a little less than 1/2" of rake, whereas it has a full 1" or more of rake from the factory. So if you did 2.5" in the front, then found a 1" spacer for the rear, it would be perfectly level. Just the front spacer will make it extremely nose high. Do you tow anything? Because if you do, it will be nose high by 3-4 inches while you are doing so.

yeah its what i kinda figured.

I jacked it up 2.5 with the floor jack and it looked nose high, i was guessing the 1" rear would make it look perfect.

I took out the tire, and it looks very complicated.

I followed the instructions, and i kinda want a shop to do it because if i screw up the X-Reas, im gonn ab pissed.

I called a local shop, faqers wants $900 to do it.
WTF!?!?!?!

Call another shop. Spacer lifts should only be about $300-$350 for both front and rear, and sometimes that price includes alignment. It's about a 3 hour job for a shop, and probably about double that on your own unless you have installed one before. I'd call them back and ask them how the hell they think their time is worth $300/hour.

Like hb4runner said, that estimate must have been pulled out of something dark and smelly. I did it myself in about 3 hours. Spent 2.25 hrs figuring it out on the passenger side and than only 45 to get the driver's side done...

Yeah, I felt the pain that you did. Took us close to 3 hours to finish the front driver's side, but then only about 45 minutes for the passenger side. Once we figured everything out and learned from our mistakes, it was a piece of cake. A decent shop should be able to do both front wheels in under 2 hours. 1 1/2 hours if they are any good. I did both rear tires by myself in under an hour, so if a shop can't to it in less than 3 hours for the total job, then you might want to look for another shop.
