A brushguard with winch will tear the front of your truck off, thats why they make winch bumpers.

The only one I know of that they do make a brushguard is the warn transformer and its $$$$

I found this one that just sold on eBay, so they do sell them. Doesn't have a brand though.

Start with the winch mount and build one off it to your taste seems like the best way to get what you want and cheapest option I seen so far

The issue your going to have is if you do any serious amount of winching its gonna tear the front off your truck dude. I wouldnt say so unless I have seen it with my own eyes.

Guy had one of them brushguard winch mounts, winched himself a big and it flew off with such violent speed that the brushguard broke.

Dont skimp and go cheap, buy a TJM, ARM, have a welding shop make you a bumper. I dont suppose your gonna buy a cheap winch too and expect it to last?

That "brush guard winch mount" looks like it's last exactly ½ a second actually pulling something.

You can't bolt on a winch mount w/the stock bumper & actually use it. You need to get to the frame and solidly mount your winch to it. There are a TON of front bumper options. Don't waste your money on something that will fail when you go to use it.

There's a good thread on Pirate; Clicky Here.

Here's what I did for a cheap solution 'till I can make a full-on bumper;

Size: 36.0 KB Name: WinchMount2.jpg
Views: 11020
Size: 34.3 KB

It's worked well so far, but I wouldn't pull up or down with it - only straight on. There's a 3" body lift on my truck, so to do the same on a stocker would require cutting the bumper clean in half, and probably some of the grill. Sacrifices will be made

If you dont do much wheeling then you dont need a winch

mount the winch on the rear and relay the cable up through the front through pulleys. Then it doesn't muck with the front bumper at all.

(does he believe me?)

just get a Hi Jack man. thats all you need if you dont wheel much

or you could put a receiver hitch on the back and make a receiver mounted winch pod. ive seen that done a number of times.
