for the oil pan convertion;its a 2wd toyota pickup 91 ,3.0 v6 oil pan and strainer!
tryed to find one cheap from scrapyard but this stuff is like gold around here,after looking pretty much every place i could i finaly had no choice but to buy it from stealership.390$ for oil pan and strainer, ouch!!!

shinny new stuff from toyota stealership;

and you DONT have to buy baffle pan,just modify the old one,takes 5 min and a grinder! and with that old baffle pan setup you keep the same dipstick hole!!

ill get a clearer picture of that one for sure

overall pic again,and paint job is far from being done!

and YEA I FINALY DECIDED TO CUT THOSES USELESS STEP BARS AND PUT IN SOME REAL SLIDERS!!

I'm not sure which you have but with the trailgear springs you're supposed to weld the new hangers 5" center of hanger hole to center of new hanger hole on your year truck. 6" would put it too far forward and give you that wonky shackle angle.

1. For 1979-1988 Pickup & 1984-1989 4Runners, the front spring hangers need to be moved forward 6". Place the provided front spring hangers on the frame, and slide the hanger forward from the stock mounts so that the new hanger hole is 6" from the stock mounting hole. Tack weld hanger in place. Repeat on other side. For 1989-1995 Pickups only. The 1989-1995 Pickups used longer spring than the earlier trucks. Follow the spring hanger mounting instructions above but change the dimensions from 6" to 5" so that the hanger is mounted 5" forward of the stock mount.

Put on the tires and check as you don't get a true sitting with the jack under the punkin.

This is how the rear shackle angle should look:

The angle looks like it is the wrong way Even if they do settle some the right way you still could have the problem of flipping them. Make sure the new hangers are positioned properly. ...though it looks like that may be a bit hard as it looks like your old hangers are already ground off?

Save the verdict on the front until you get an axle on tires under it.

the bolts were about 10 bux a pair;

and as weird as it looks i already had an 1 inch bore MC,guy did it for me while back ago when i used to live in town,and had no place or time to do it! i figured that when i took it out! and its even written on it!

i will keep watching this build. OUR TG sas kit and rear went in ok. just keep your eyes on the rear springs our 4" springs settled about 4.5" and not the shocks are bottoming out with only 3" of travel upwards. still no response from TG about this problem........so we will find out and I WILL POST WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE (we only spent $3200 on parts from them through wabfab).

for a little update ,im making a rear shock hoop relocation thingy,out of some HSS tubing,1.5 inch wide,with two angle of 20 degrees on each sides,gonna post some pics tonight and tomorow when im done with it!

theres exacly 3 ft and 3/4 betwen left and right rear frame,it will have to go up a little for more travel,just like the ones you can buy from ORS,just gonna be a little beefier.
