almost dude, almost!

finished installing my proportioning valve,since i wanted a good reach ,i figured out the closest would be right next to me in the cab lol! for that youll need long brake lines extentions! and you need a T fitting (femalle)metric 10mm,heres hows it look like;

didnt had time to clean up so
the surface gravelguarded is a little dirty but at least you get the picture!

the lines gonna down from shifter hole all the way to the "old" proportioning valve spot! connected to a T-fitting,that joins both older lines to the new prop valve,back to rear brakes!im sure you can defenetly find an easier way to do it,but like that its pretty neet!
UPDATE SOON

as for headers ,
UPDATE SOON

and here we go for cs144 alternator swap,this swap as been done by many others,pretty neet and simple ,buy ;alternator,pig tail wire,1 inch longer belt,4 gauge wire (upgrade from alt to batterie),shims(for alt bolt),and make a small modification to your lower adjusting braket! and ur set,your old denso alternator puts out 80 amp at high rpm,really skitish when u got alot of amp eating adds on your ride! the cs-144 puts out 100 amps at idle and 140 to 150 at high rpm,and the best part is that its a reliable part,and it comes with a life time warranty!! DONT FORGET TO PUT SOME GOOD GAGE GROUNDS ALL AROUND!!(batterie to frame,frame to block,batterie to body)AND CANCEL THE FACTORY WIRE TO BATTERIE(just leave it unpluged)

plug pig tail wire according to this diagram;
if you want to go real SECURE,i would buy a 175 amp fuse and mount it betwen the alt and 4 gage positive wire(that goes to batterie)

the alternator should fit ok with about 3 shims of 1.5mm thick each behind the bolt!
YOU MIGHT NEED TO BEND A LITTLE BIT YOUR DIPSTICK TOWARDS THE REAR!!

heres my custom bracket i made and finished product;

I finished cleaning up your axle this week...going to hit it with some brake cleaner to get the last bit of gunk off everything and get it on the pallet and get a shipping quote. Rest of your stuff should go out this week too.

yea well for the sliders i agree,they need reinforcement,think im gonna cut the whole setup and make something sturdy!but the roll bar ,i was gonna put 4 black kc slim-lights on top of that,its not for protection or look just holding my lights lol,why is it that ugly? i find it attractive! wait till i get lights on that,ull change advice real quick

for a little update i got a new EGR valve off ebay,OE replacement,the other one blowed up;

WOW. I like what your doing to your P/U.
I read that $50 paint job thread and wish I could buy Tremclad here in the states. I would buy 2 gallons of John Deere yellow if it was sold here.

You are doing an amazing job on all the little things like interior and rust repair.

Keep up the good work and keep us all happy with lots of pics.

Phil

Checked to see when your stuff starts showing up? Been getting a project truck out this week and sold today but I will get your axle on the pallet and ready to go this weekend for certain.

Looks like you are making progress.
