Have had to crank 3-6 times till it starts in the morning after sitting all night, all other times it starts and runs great. This on my 86 truck 4x4 2.4 EFI.My friend changed the cold start injector time switch to the original OEM updated part # 89462-20050.One in there was for a corolla or some such.Anyway it's still hard starting after the switch change, though mostly starts on three cranks now in the morning.Could it be a plugged/or bad cold start injector? We may just bypass the CSI time switch when my friend has time, but that could be three weeks or more, and perhaps that wouldn't fix it either.
