wideners vs. deep dish wheels

Hey all: I am looking at performing a few new things to my 'Runner when March comes rolling around; and I might need your input. I am looking through AllPro lately, and I came across this:

this is their wheel spacer kit, at $99.00 per pair. My question is this: when it comes to weakness, which is worse: a deep-dish wheel or a spacer kit such as this? More specifically, a steel deep-dish wheel or a 6062 T6 Aluminum wheel spacer?

What do you all think? Thanks for reading.

A spacer would be weaker. I would go with the deeper wheels. But we've been running 1 1/2" spacers on ours for a while now with no problems at all. Had to use them with the SAS. Hope this helps!

I had a bad experience with a set of 1.25" spacers. They caused a vibration in the steering wheel. I know some have had really good lick with them but I would go with rims instead.
