It's in the diff code. I don't remember which part it is, but do a search on "diff code" and there's a table on another site that will decode your door panel sticker.
Factory LSD is EXCEPTIONALLY rare in the US, common in Europe.

Here's the link:

You're looking for a 3 or 5 on the end. It seems safe to assume you don't have a factory LSD. The only person I've ever heard of is Blizzard on here, and he's in Spain. Never heard of anyone in the US with a factory unit (plenty of people with aftermarket ones though)
Why do you ask? You spin both wheels in loose stuff, or just one?

I think for that you could look into a detroit truetrac, because it is clutchless, and works like an open diff on the road. I am hoping to be able to affod one someday, but thats probably not going to happen, so I must just drool.

I may be wrong but I think they were more common in Landcruisers than the trucks. I have never seen one. I looked at many tags in many junkyards and never found one.

The LSD rear diff has a sticker on it.
FYI:
I have an LSD rear diff in mine. It really does not lock up hard enough to get out when you're stuck. In sand or in snow it helps a little, but it's not a good substitute for a real 100% locker. I'll be replacing mine with an ARB as soon as i have the money.

I had an LSD rear diff in my previous vehicle- Daihatsu Rocky. It is not very useful when your wheels are in the air, but it helps in the snow like Freezer said. It is not worth installing-trust me-get a real locker.

Well, now, I don't know about that - depends on what kind of driving you do! LSD will be a HUGE advantage over an open diff in situations where both wheels have SOME traction or NO traction. Locker can be very bad when traction to both wheels is limited.
With a clutch type LSD, you are really out of luck if a tire comes off the ground. With a gear type (like the TruTrac or TORSEN in the Hummer), there is a torque bias that basically sends a multiple of the torque the slipping tire can handle to the other side. This allows the LSD to work as a locker with slight brake application. 4Crawler has a great writeup on it.
