white or black herculiner?
Well im getting some bubbling on my driver's side fender and its going to need painted again. I also have a crack on my drivers side quarter panel that needs fixed also.
Instead of spending probably $500 to get these two small areas painted i was thinking of just herculining the bottom lines of the truck.
I could use black white or red (i have red interior) but red would be just odd looking.
The black would work but i would like to have white. Im worried the white won't look good because it won't match my paint at all.
Here are some poorly made pictures i tried to make in paint:
white
black
Another option would be lineX or Rhinoliner but those seem to be just as expensive if not more than paint. Would they be able to match a color?

I usedd an anti rock chip coating called gravitex. here is a picture of it before I painted over it. Hope this gives you a good idea of what yours would look like in Black
And after paint
its hard to tell from the pic, but it does have a nice textured area where the gravitex is.

i would have to say black. besides everything i read on herculiner says that once dirt is in there it is a pita to remove. black would hide this a whole lot better than the white does.

I durabak'd my jeep and 4runner, I used orange on my jeep and red on my 87 4runner. I'll get some pics later. this stuff is tuff, the inside and hardtop are both done in black textured, and the outside is colored with extra uv protection so they don't fade.
