Where to put hi lift? (89)

Search - been covered 100x.
I have mine right in front of the rear seat, bungied to the arms. No complaints from people who have rode in the back. I think I will get some "quickfists" though to hold it - hard to get the bungie cords tight enough. VERY easy to get to on the trail. The seat will tilt forward just enough to get the rod for the tire winch out (I keep the jack in one of the rear sie compartments with the other tire/jack tools)

This is in my 91 with a custom fit 1st gen rollbar, but the same idea...
How about using the rollbar in the 89? 4Crawler makes a mounting kit for it....
