Where is PCV valve on 95 runner 3.0?

I was gonna check/replace my PCV valve today and i can't find it. The book says its in the rubber grommet in the valve cover (where it should be i thought) but all is there is a plastic like tube maybe a 1nch or so long with a rubber hose and clamp on it that runs up to the air snorkle right before it goes into the throttle body. is this correct on this model? or is it just missing the valve? i bought it used about 6 months ago. Man if its missing the pcv valve it must be a tiny valve cuz it could only be maybe 1/2 inch in diameter or so due to the plastic tube in the valve cover it would have to go in. Surely it isn't in the other valve cover under the intake plenum is it?

The PCV valve is on the other valve cover (passenger side). Don't be afraid of the 'search' feature on this forum.

it is on the pasenger side valve cover underneath the intake manifold, there is actualy a vacume hose that runs from the manifold downunderneath and onto the pcv valve itself.
