Door speakers

Just let you all know , in case you didn't already... There is plenty room in a 92 model truck to mount 6x9's in the door.. I just got done putting 240 wat pioneers in my doors.. I made me a pattern ,took a jig saw to cut the door panel out.. I used a saw zaw for the metal behind the panel..Most of you prolly already knew this, but thought i'd pass it along in case not

I have 6x9s in the rear of my 4runner. I'm plenty satisfied with my replacement dash 4" speakers up front though.

Surprised you could fit a 6x9 in there. It's a pretty deep speaker. I too would like to see some pics

word. putting better speakers in an old truck/runner makes a huge difference. i have yet to do it in my new runner (i don't wanna cut the leather), but in the old truck it was great!

I got a pioneer Cd/MP3 player and 6x9's in the back floor boards in the little single boxes.. I have no back seat riders so it works out.. And it sounds good and plenty loud for me

how did you guys mount the 6x9's in the rear of your 4runners, on my old one i bought speaker boxes for my 6x9's and just aimed them how i wanted, but they would get in the way sometimes.
