no longer going to SAS the pickup. after allot of thinking i decided i really wanted a 1st gen 4-runner.

it needs some loving but its got a 22-re with a 5-spd

it needs a clutch real bad and it has a oil leak that needs to be addressed. the frame is solid but flaky and it needs a lot of sheet metal.

cant wait to start building.

i plan on it. first things first though i need to

wire brush the frame and por-15 it, replace the timing chain (205,000 miles and its never been done) replace the crank seal, and put in a new clutch.

then its time

well it looks a little diffrent now

cleaned up the entire frame

and rebuilt and installed my axle

the rear will sit a little higher once i correct my shackle angle(right now they are almost flat against the frame)

still alot to do though.

clutch
brake lines
fuel lines
move steering box
install gears
measure and order shocks/D-shafts
cut fenders
patch rear quarter
and alot more that im not thinking of right now
