I see you have conversion headlights installed...

every set I've ever seen had piece that sticks out directly in front of the bulb

mine that I have in my truck has them, but the right one keeps drooping down a little bit (another sig-quality quote for ya). but anywho, I know their probably not neccesary, but do you still produce good light without them there? I mean, I would think that their kinda pointless anyway since the tip of the H4 bulbs are paint-dipped in the first place...

Looking at the pictures on the first page, the tenth picture down, is he welding part of the bumper bracing to the shock hoop ?, i sure hope he is smarter than that and it just looks that way in the picture.

And I can imagine the headlines in the newspaper the next day... "Though authorities are still at a loss as to why someone would stick a bottle of Jack Daniels up there. Backwards..."

Lol sorry.

Some close ups of the final welds would be nice.

You should consider putting a guard on that grinder.
The other point I would like to say is to not weld to the shock hoop, even though it will be reinforced from the other side. With that logic, we should weld everything from every angle because it will be pulled in every way. Something like that. Stick to welding on the frame.
