Cold start injector? maybe TPS? Take it one step @ a time!

 

did you check the air intake hoses to make sure there are on tight. cause if they are not the AFM won't open and the engine won't start. This has happened to me before, the pipes look like there on straight but if the engine sucks air from somewhere else without activating the AFM it won't start.
