Exclamation what cam should I go with?

I have a 87 2wd lwb pickup, I'm making it a custom mini, I want more speed, I'm putting a weber carb in it, but I'm clueless when it comes to cams. Any suggestions?

a cam isnt going to increase your speed, and it wont necissarily increase power, it mainly just moves your power to different spots on acceleration. for example a crawler cam (268º) wil move your power curve so you have more low end torque but it will also slightly take away from your high rpm power. hope that helps you decide!

You'd probably want a cam that helped on the high end for street I'd suppose? Look at LC
Engineering, they have a lot of options, especially street cams. I'm sure they could help you decide as well.
