Weber 32/36 DGEV 22R conversion questions

Installed my new Weber 32/36 DGEV on my 1987 CAL 22R 2WD Pickup. Does anyone see any problems with what I have done here:

1.) PCV valve to EGR (installed EGR plate with barbed fitting that came with kit)
2.) Valve Cover Vent to Carb Air filter Box
3.) Distributor Advance to Carb Vac Port
4.) tapped old carb electrical connection for keyed 12V

Have some basic questions:

1.) Do I have the PCV to EGR and Valve Cover Vent to Air Filter Box correct or swap the two PCV to Air Filter Box and Valve Cover Vent to EGR?

2.) I'm getting pressure in the gas tank. How do bring one of the charcoal canisters back on line to vent pressure?
-the truth is I don't know if it was pressure or vacuum in the tank. We are not allowed to pump our own gas here in Oregon. Station attendant unscrewed the cap and I heard a big whoosh of air.
-Nothing was plugged on my fuel pump because I don't know which of the two ports is the return or inlet.
-Disconnected and plugged both charcoal canisters and plugged a 1/4" metal tub line near the rear canister.
-Everything else has been disconnected and plugged

3.) Engine wants to run on sometimes when I turn it off.

4.) On the Weber, what do I do with the "additional ported vacuum source" next to the Vacuum advance port?
