The ducts being clogged is possible. Might want to take apart the cover over the A/C controls and see if the cable is loose on the back of the lever. It might not be opening the flaps the right way to blow air out of the dash vents.

Also, are you the one who put in the last blower motor, or was it in there when you bought the truck, and do you know if the last one was even after market?

This happened to me, kind of embarrassing: Factory blower went out, went to Autozone for a replacement (mistake, I know, but it came with the lifetime warr.) Put that one in and used it for a year and a half, then it went out again. Went back to "tha zone" and cashed in on the lifetime warranty, and put that one in with crappy results. Air BARELY came out of the vents, much less hit my face. It was actually cooler in the truck while driving down the freeway from the air getting forced into the cowl vents. This led me to find out that on the wires on the second blower I received were: Blue = Negative and Black = Positive.

Never seen a simple electric device with a Black positive wire until that point, switched 'em around and it's worked fine ever since.

Just a thought.

Can you hear the fan noise increase as you go from low to high? You may have a bad resistor.

x2 on the resister. I think I've had to replace it on every Toyota I've owned. If the speed doesnt change going from low to high then its your resistor.

I was going to say 'recharge the girlfriend' but then thought three times about it.

The resistor went out on my runner and I lost the first two speeds but had nice med-high and high speeds. So I'm guessing you're went out in reverse of mine- you have low speed but no high.

take a look here:
