ok... iv been lookin around for vin decoding charts and those "free" vin decoders and havent been able to completly figure out what my entire vin number means.

this is what i have so far

#---vin number....meaning...........description

1---J.....................japan.................world manufacturer
2---T.....................toyota...............manufac turers
3---4.....................truck.................vehicl e type
4---V....................ext cab 1/2 ton..vehicle description
5---N.................... ................engine
6---1..................... ..................series

11--5....................TMC?.................plant

i know what my engine is but i havent actually found a decoder that tells me that N stands for 3vze. im hoping people could help me find out what the rest means (other than 12-17 unless possible, i dont think it is) but im mostly interested in where the plant is actually located in japan. anything should help

problems with decoding:

every site tells me i have a 5v-ze but i have a 3v-ze.
every site tells me i have manual restraints and 2 airbags (i have no air bags

im confused as to what the check digit actually is
