Vibration at 50mph or higher

1992 Toyota 4runner v6 3.0

Any one know what symptoms are of a u joint going out? I'm starting to get a nasty vibration around 50mph and higher .. If not a u joint what else to look for? Steering wheel does not shake and the vibrating is coming from underneath

Had same issue. Is the any noise coming from rear end? Mines was vibrating and making noise. Turns out rear end had to be replaced. Also changed the driveshaft I had and no more vibrations.

Just curious if its an auto or manual trans? I have a 5th gear only vibration below 60mph.
