Valve Timing Specs

I searched but can't find the valve opening spec for my stock 94 22RE. Playing with some header calculators and need this for some.

Valve Timing not Clearance

thought I had better clarify, looking for valve timing, when the exh. and int. valves open, ie., 45 ATDC. Tried FSM no luck but now I have link to a FSM. Wonderful forum. Haynes no luck either.
