Go to Warn's site and find the model that fits your runner. I think you will use 23 spline. With that in hand, understanding that typically, only Toyota hubs will fit your ride, look for a Toyota in the yard. Pull one hub off and if it has the same number of splines as yours, you did good. Also, yards have a Hollander Index used for cross-reference of parts on other models. Axe the goob at the counter to tell you what other models will fit yo ride and then axe if they got that ride. AISIN brand is what Toyota supplies. Selectro may make hubs for your ride too if they are still in business.

My $0.02

Yes, you need 27 spline lockout hubs. These will be on ALL IFS Toyota trucks and 4Runners. The pre-IFS lockout hubs are 30 spline and will not work. And yes AISIN hubs are the best as they are all steel and are strong, and there are millions of unwanted IFS take off hubs out there. I am using my original IFS hubs on my SAS truck with some Longfield chromoly conversion internal hub gears.
