my friend came over, set tdc removed the chain and everything. cleaned it all up, rtv and gasket tor'q everything down!! woo, now all i gotta do is the oil pan, raise the diff, valve cover and connect everything and im set!

YAYAYAYA!!

so, 1:20 am she started!!
only thing im kinda worried about was the coolant passage way that bolts onto the timing cover, on the drivers side when putting everything back in the top bolt wouldnt go in... tried everything so i just bolted up the botton on.. andi think shes kinda leaking from there..... lame, cant win them all.. lol
oh well she sounds awesome!! no more rattle and sounds so much cleaner!

man, i never want to do one again! lol
im pretty proud i sealed my first oil pan and got it up and everything bymyself and no leaks!
i loaded that thing with fipg lol
OH
and my old timing chain cover, that thing is brutal.. il post pics in a bit

FIPG is like Acid. Just a dab will do ya. If you "loaded it up" with FIPG, it can break off and get into your oil pickup tube, causing blockage and ultamely engine failure.

Just food for thought.

loaded it up, i did what the fsm said haha.
oh well, she hasnt gave me any problems yet..
