Truck rides crooked

Recently I noticed my truck is riding down the road crooked If your driving behind me you can see the drivers side door and the steering wheel is kind of cocked to the right side is it just out of alignment or is something else wrong?

Just the steering wheel off could be the front end alignment. The whole truck driving crooked could be a bent/misaligned rear axle

There's a centering pin on the leaf spring that might have sheared off. It would cause the rear axle to shift position causing a high rear thrust angle.

the passenger rear u bolts slipped backwards. when they people did my lift they didnt tighten the U bolts well enough. The bumpstop on the spring is about 2 inches farther back from the one on the frame
