I honestly dont know much about clutches as i had old chevys my whole life and this toyota has gotten every last penny from me. When i shift into second i have to hit the right rpm for it to go into gear feels like its not wanting to go in and grinds. Second gear is the only gear that does this. All other gears are fine and smooth but this gear.

 

drop in a w56 and call it a job

 

rebuild the tranny the shift collar on 2nd is probably ground down with years of speed shifting into second to keep the power up
