3.4 swap tranny issues

Hey hey fellas.... Ssssssooo I need some help. My swap has been running well for a while now but this last week I have encountered a new issue.

When I swapped in my 3.4 I kept my stock 89/4runner 3vze tranny (150f or 151f ... Idk I'm dislexic) .Any who... if I am in gear but have my clutch in the truck shutters like the clutch is starting to bite (mostly in first or reverse sometimes 2nd).

My first thought was my clutch system had air in it so I bled the whole system. My clutch response feels fantastic now but it still rumbles/grabs if I'm in gear with the clutch all the way in. I searched and searched but am sure I am missing a keyword or something. Anyone with any leads would really be helpful!

Thanks my friends

You may need to adjust the clutch pedal: http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b.../2checkand.pdf

unfortunately that did not help..... but I did dial it in so engagement is better.

So if I am in gear and rolling (slowly like at a stoplight) the truck shutters and starts to walk slowly forward. If im on the brake its really bad. Is it possible my clutch master cylinder is going out? Is it possible its my u-joints binding or something?

This sound familiar to anyone?
