Tranny Leaking Coolant

I've been noticing my truck leaking coolant lately it is off and on. I was final able to figure out it was coming from the tranny, I didn't even know there were coolant lines that far back. One other thing I can't figure out is why it only leaks when my truck is on a slope. Like I said it seems to leak off and on and to my knowledge not a constant leak. I attached a picture. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Thanks for the response. Any thoughts to where it might be coming from? I checked the water pump and no signs of leakage. I also replaced the thermostat last weekend.

If you have a 4 banger there is a water jacket on the back of the motor that could be leaking on to the top of the tranny and dripping off

It is from the rear heater coil located on the right side just above the trans. Either the coil or the hose to the coil is cracked.

Is there an easy way to get to it without having to drop the tranny?

After reading and searching I'm thinking it is the heater core this is leaking. I found this link.
