So I have my little 1994 pickup (22re, 2WD) and I have a few questions about towing. I have a bumper tow ball and I'm trying to figure out how much it can handle. I believe the tow limit is 3500lbs and the tongue weight limit is 350lbs (correct me if I'm wrong). Can that little bumper handle all that, or are those numbers for a frame mounted tow bar?

Also while we're around the subject, is it possible to use a slide in camper with his truck?

 

for a bumper hitch it depends is it a stock bumper or aftermarket. the luverne on my 2wd is a class 2. while the receiver on my 4wd is a class 3.
