TJM T-15 installed w/pics

First I want to thank Deathcougar of Nix99 and Nick G of Marysville WA. Between these two there is nothing yota related that is beyond them. I highly recommend anyone in western washington to contact either of these guys if you have welding, fabbing, parts or any questions. ok down to business, the TJM was very hard to get as, apparently TJM has pulled out of north america for the time being. so this is one of the last 2nd gen t-15s available apparently. It finally arrived at nix99 and after a long drive north we all met in marysville and the beers began! first step was pulling the brush guard! I was happy to see it go.

here's the way things looked beforehand.

after that the stock bumper came off

budbuilt didn't even have to come off, fits perfectly.

the t-15 and mount with warn xd9000 below

getting it mounted

as it turned out, the mounting brackets for the warn weren't right for the tjm so we had to leave it for next time. if anyone can help me in choosing the proper mounting brackets for attaching a warn 9000 to a tjm pls. PM me about that, thanks a lot! back to the story...

I had also brought some trail-gear rear diff armor to be welded on. Nick breaks out the nix99 welder and goes to town on the rear 4.88.

thanks again deathcougar and nick for all your help you guys are fantastic. more beers on me next time! and if anyone can help me with choosing some synthetic rope and the right bolts to attach the warm to the tjm i'd really appreciate a PM on that. hope you liked the pics!

That thing is pretty beefy indeed. Heavy sumbitch too!

Once you get that hardware Tim, we can get that winch mounted up no problemo. The mount problem wasn't in the winch, it was in the winch control box. The winch itself bolts straight to the bumper, we just didn't have the bolts or square nuts needed to attach it. How is the progress on the synthetic line/aluminum fairlead coming?

Hi Rich90yota- and here I thought all the comments on that bumper ended back in October! Glad to see the pics are still displaying properly! The bumper is a TJM T-15 for a 2nd gen 4runner, I don't think there are any left but you might get lucky. TJM pulled out of North America as far a I can tell, there might be some T-13s or T-17s left. I ended up getting it from Slee Offroad, you should contact them as they bought up a lot of the remaining TJM stock from the importers.
Good luck, these bumpers are primo, I love mine and the winch is going on on Friday- can't wait! I'll post pics when it's all installed.
