symptoms of a bad Fuel pressure regulator

I have 1992 toyota pickup 4wd 3.0 v6 and i was wondering if anybody knows the symptoms of a bad fuel pressure regulator

Have you got the download of the factory service manual yet? I dont know the regulator diagnostics....but the manual will have something....

ever download a torrent?
