Suspension upgrading

i recently ordered a OME complete suspension lift kit (without torsion bars) and ball joint spacers...

the suspension is pretty beat in the entire truck, which is why i wanted to get new shocks and leaf springs.

i went today and ordered upper and lower ball joints.

anything else i should replace while i have it all torn apart?

First put your rig, in your sig. I would do the whole steering rack, sway bar and CV boots as well. Basically anything rubber.

You don't have a steering rack. You have a pitman/idler/center link set up.

I would replace the Tie rod ends, and adjuster sleeve. I would leave the CV boots alone, unless they are leaking.

I'm surprised you are getting a new sway bar. That is very uncommon in lift kits. What is wrong with your current one?

adjuster sleeve goes between the two tie rod ends. The only reason to replace it is that they get really rusted, and it makes removal and install much easier, plus they are like 10 bucks. I would just do those since they are fairly cheap, and you have to get an alignment anyway.

They aren't necessary or anything, unless they've gone bad, just nice to do.

What about a steering stabilizer? OME apparently makes a pretty decent one.
Also, how is the play in your front steering? You could need a new idler arm. Idler arms and ball joints are the main wear items on these front IFS suspensions. Get a good alignment done while you're down there.

Looks like a good list. The idler is going to cost you, but it is good to do as well. Again, not necessary unless its bent, but good.
