heres how it used to look.

first stage gut the rear end and tape the lines up prior to cutting.

starting to cut

back cut off.

in the workshop and the rear welded back in its new position

window glass fitted and the rear bulkhead beggining to be fabbed.

the rear end starting to get tubed out in ally step plate.

tonneau cover frame work going together.

got it outside to get some shots in.

some shots of the inside of the bulkhead.

reasr seats re fitted.

tonneau cover going on.

thats it so far hope you like.

Yep.....I'm jealous.

Why didn't you make any provisions for the rear glass to open up? Not knocking the lovely work at all....just curious.

Excellent work. I can say this; you definitely have bigger balls than me to begin cutting up such a nice rig.

thanks for all the replys guys.glad you all like it.i must admit it did take me a while to get the balls together to start cutting, but once youve started theres no going back.im pretty pleased about the way it came out,now all thats left is to fit gas struts to the tonneau cover deck lid and a bit of cosmetic tidying.then re-spray the back end.then find something else to do to it.
