Stuck leaf spring bolt

I'm trying to install some OME lift springs on my 86 4runner but can't get the bolts out that hold the front of the spring. I've got them broke free and the nut off but can't get the bolt. I can get them to spin freely but sounds and feels like they're catching on the rubber bushings. Any tips or tricks to get them out? Thanks

So what, you just torched them till all the bushing melted or what? And how'd you push it out on the pass side with the tank in the way?

I use a grinder with a cut off wheel.

Cut the head off the bolt cut the other end as close as possible spread the hanger pry the spring out.

This is by far the best way I have found and i have tried them all

That's not a bad idea Wyoming but what about this?
I dust think of til now but could maybe use a sawzaw and cut the bolt on each side of the out side of the spring but still inside the perches. Then the spring should drop out with the bolt still in it....?

What about the shackles? I haven't gotten to them yet but I got new ones, so I won't need to reuse them? What'll be the best way to get them?

Didn't think of that. Mine was years ago while using the post autocraft shop. They pro's there directed me on the torch thing.

I never really liked a sawsall to much vibration and very hard to control but sometimes one has to go with what is on hand.

I just used a pry bar to spread the spring hanger enough to pry the spring out. Being careful not to pry the truck off the jack stands

It is the metal shell on the bolt I could get the nuts off Just no way to get that shell and bolt to break loose

Since I always had new Shackle Kits and most of the ones I did had been on quite a while I really can`t remember .

Most likely just cut them off after doing the first one.
