stock gears ?

how do i tell what my stock gear ratio is....its a 90 with 3.0 and 5sp....4:10s ?

This will show you that you have a R150F transmission and a VF1A transfer-case.http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/faq/parts/

Your transfer-case has 2:57 low range gears, you transmission gears are stated here.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_R_transmission

I'll not take that bet, how about a bet as to whether the code is G292 or G294? Mine is G292 even with the 4-pinion diff.(should be G294).

You could always jack up your rear end and spin the tire counting how many times the d-shaft rotates (or visa-versa). There are several threads with people asking how to do this.
