Sticky hubs
I can't unlock my hub on my passenger side. I had to use a wrench, stuck in the mud up on the trail to get it in to get out of being stuck but now I can't get it to unlock. What do i do? I have never done anything to these hubs.
Maybe the Wabbit will feel some sort of charity and DONATE to my new hub cause!?!?!?!?! LOL or maybe a DEAL? And I'll buy them!
IDEAS?

Could have a bad seal, I know if they get full of water, or to much grease, they can stick locked or unlocked. Reseon being the hydraulic condition created by liquid on one side of the hub gear causes that gear not to be able to slide back N forth. After all there not directly mechanicaly actuated, theres a spring in between the dial and the hub gear itself. SO the dial may turn fine but the hub gear isnt sliding. or somthing like that.

Pull the outter hub and put some grease or anti-seize on the hub gear. Had this problem when I bought my most recent pickup, someone pulled the hubs apart and cleaned them, then assembled them bone dry. Was glad I figured it out before I really needed 4wd.

I had this problem the first time i submerged my hub when it was cold out. Unrelated anyways.
Pull the hub face, and hub body. Clean them both really well and use some MARINE GRADE GREASE on them, that won't wash off.
Mine turn like butter after several submergings.
