Unhappy Starting to get non-starting frustrations...

went to walmart yesterday and was enjoying how great my yota was driving after removing @250 lbs of sand bags i had in the back for traction this winter. so i come out of store and she wont start, coughing etc.. great batt.turns over fine. half tank of gas i got 2days ago so i didnt think water in gas,but i added iso dry gas i keep in box. shook the truck, let that sit 10 mins. nothing.now shes just cranking,no cough.etc.. so i check the underhood fuses(80amp etc..) pos cable has some corrosion but i loosend and cleaned as best i could with no tools on me,ok. checked the oil for water thinking head gasket-fine. it was dry out @45 degrees, couldnt pull the cap but looked dry.i know the plugs, fuel filter,wires,o2 are good. check engine light has still been on since clearing the codes and replacing the o2 2 months ago.so i'm thinking coil(I'll check for spark),fuel relay(where is that?),fuel pump-lol,would fuel regulator or a tps effect starting?,cold start injector but its not that cold, would she crank if ignition switch was bad?,ECU-dont want to go there, and i'll pull the cap and rotor. i'm throwing out all these ?'s because its still at walmart and were getting snow dumped on right now,go figure,so i'm trying to narrow down things.
thanks everyone

If you find that you have spark I would check your COR (circuit open relay). It is in the passenger kick panel by the ECU. I have had problems with them before. Try just unplugging and plugging back in. While you are there, crank the truck and listen/feel the relay for clicking. This is what turns your fuel pump on.

You can also force the fuel pump on by jumping some pins in the diagnostic box under the hood. I just can't remember what pins. Do a search on here and you will find it. This will get you home if the relay is bad.

pins in the diagnostic connector underhood. FP and B+ turns the fuel pump on with the key. and double check for spark

Smile I guess she needed some time away from me...

thanks again guys for all your tips. got out to walmart in the middle of snow storm planning out my attack and she started right up!.they'll have thier hiccups but you cant kill a 22re. i figure the isopropyl needed more time, but the strange thing is my engine light is now off. it came back on a few days after replacing my 02 a month ago.i did pull some fuses yesterday, that may have reset it. i also did find the jumper pin diagram in a chiltons if i needed it.wife said she'd laugh if it started right up,it did.
