Exclamation SR5 gauge cluster swap problems

Hey all, I've tried searching and couldn't find anything related to the problems im having. I have a 92 pickup 4cyl and I'm in the process of swapping in an sr5 cluster, I've got it in and the rpm and fuel gauges work fine I'm not sure about the oil pressure gauge as i am still waiting on the sensor to come in the mail. The problem I am having is with the voltage and temperature gauges both shoot up to max when I turn the key on and it stays there while the truck is running, anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

Red face

Since I am guessing you did not buy a Brand New Cluster

a poor connection could be a bad trace

Could be one of the connectors is corroded (unable to be seen with your naked eye)

Poor ground.

It could be possible some pins need to be moved impossible to tell without EWD

Your Cluster came out of the same year and model engine etc ??

The cluster came out of a junkyard v6 4runner, I can't remember what year model it was though. Maybe I just got a bad cluster, but I will check grounds and connectors.
