Are you sure that's where it's squeaking? It looks like you're pointing to the pitman arm/steering box, and there really isn't anything to lube.

These steering stops are usually where a lot of squeaking/grinding come from. just slather some grease where you see the arrows. Do this on the passenger side and driver side, and do the stops on the front and the back of the steering knuckle.

Also consider that the torsion bars love to creak and squeak very much when the wheel is turned all the way to a side and you travel over any kind of a difference in height. Sounds like the damn truck is falling apart.

Yeah i oughta grease mine up and see what difference it makes for me. That sound not only drives me nuts but it is also semi embarrassing when your showing someone your truck.

squeaky clutch pedal or clutch itself...? it's been talked about before how the return spring on the pedal can be oiled to alleviate squeaks.... also, don't just grease anything steering related... start with the stops as above mentioned and see if that works.

My advice:
GET USED TO IT. Every Toyota I've ever driven has some sort of wierd squeak or rattle to it. It adds character. If you see an IFS yota making a U-Turn, then you will hear it squeak, or rattle. I've grown to like my squeaks. If they stop, or get louder, that means that something's not right. Your truck is talking to you.
