Then either dig this:

or don't.

It is in reference to a thread posted by CRafferty in the 86-95 trucks & 4runners forum just yesterday. I thought a callback to a post that fresh would be okay. I stand corrected. The link is to eighty5yota's post in reference to that thread. It's in there somewhere. My school boy antics were directed at them as sort of an inside joke and by inside, I mean inside the 86-95 trucks & 4runners forum so I really do not understand what you mean by go back to the "off topic" forum and practice posting there.

Still I think that I do not like your tone. Are you being a meanie? Because if you are and I found out that we could not be friends...

I don't think I could bear it.

As an avid 86-95 browser, I was aware of your reference. You should know that someone put time and thought into making that sub box out of a jerry can, and although I wouldn't have chosen sony xplod for any reason, I think it's a great idea in aesthetic keeping with our rough and tough toyota trucks wherein one would expect to see a spare gas can kicking around somewhere. For future reference, if you feel like posting a joke of or pertaining to window tinting, do it there. Also, if I were the one that made that modification, I would be proud of it, and I wouldn't appreciate your seemingly benign remark. You could also take care to make funnier jokes, honestly. That one kind of rode the line between joke and underhanded creepy remark... or at least it did when I read it.

Honestly, I rather enjoyed his jerry can. I thought that it was artistic AND creative but that was before his remarks hurt my feelings. Also, I see nothing wrong with Sony xplode. They are proprietary products yes, but if you get the whole Sony enchilada every thing works, very well, as designed. I do not own that line myself but I have seen a great many and fine examples in my short time on this planet. Also-also I never ment to diminish his craftsmanship in anyway, as I am an enthusiast of fine craftstmanship myself. I'll have you know, I gave him and his work a silent nod of respect when I first laid my eyes on it. I really admire the concept that he took all the way into the realm of realization, even though I do not particularly care for the coarse man now or your condensending tone. A word of advice if I may, never ever, ever visit the "22re--oil cap removed, runs wierd" thread. Your skin is of a much too delicate nature and besides, it contains horrible things like frolic and banter.

Good day sir.

Thanks and no worries about the sony xplode, it was free as well most of that experiment. Honestly I didn't think it was gonna work well anyhow! However, it's not too shabby and provides the bass I need with my 23 year old factory speakers!

I have some Kenwood 6.5's in the back, some Pioneer 4's in the front, and they're ran by a Sony deck and they do the job for me... no jerry can base though... that's kinda cool.
