Can anyone tell me how difficult a 4.0-liter to 4.3-liter swap would be? Are any add-ons needed?

From a Jeep to a Cadillac it’s kinda easy as long as you have the correct Knutson rods and hudiki valves.

What is required is simple.

Lots of cash to drop it in the lap of someone willing to do it.

Or lots of time to understand both systems and engineer a process to mate them..

Bottom line all engine swaps are the same, can you shoe horn it in and wire it up like it expects?

Why would you want to do this?

this question really has no merit considering no one here knows your skill level behind a wrench. on top of that, I doubt many people here would agree that a 4.3 is a better engine than a Toyota 4.0
