Sonoran Steel IFS brace? strength

I read somewhere that if you get this it will help keep it alinged. Every time I wheel it needs an alingment. Is this something to get or a waste of money? Do any of you have it? Does it take very long to install? Please Help. I don't want to destroy my trucks suspension, I want it to last longer.

Aaron

I've got one and it's great.

As far as keeping your truck in alignment: there are lots of parts to get banged up. What it will help with is keeping your rear a-arm mounts from bending in, thus keeping your steering stuff all with-in spec, or at least close enough you can adjust it back. This is true of any truss, they all do the same thing. I got the Sonoran one because it's HUGE!!!

As for how long/easy it is to instal, depends how sharp your drill bits are. They're made from 1/4" steel, and you have to drill through the a-arm mounts. With a sharp bit, can of WD-40 and a fast drill, I'd say an hour tops.

I've got one and it is awesome! I have had the whole front end sitting on it before. It will make a great mounting spot for a skid plate soon. Ease of mounting depends on your drill bits and muscles!

Will this work with a 5" lift kit as well?
