I swear that little grinder from Harbor Freight has lasted longer than any other grinder I have ever had. That includes Dewalt, Makita and even Miluakee.
I got sick of paying $100 every time I burned one up or broke one. So I figured I would buy a $19 HF and if it goes in a month buy another and another.
I have had that little grinder for 2 years without ONE problem and I use it alll the time.

Bet you have yet to use a Metabo. No other grinder comes close.

The trail gear kit came with new rings (not rock rings but it should be fine for now). and for the backing plate eliminator i just cut the original brake shield and saved me some money.

Use my makita at least every other day for two or three years now stull works flawlessly. but yeah if you break a harbor freight one, take it in and tell em it broke, they'll hand you a new one no questions asked

There has been a little progress. This thread morphed into this thread https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f152...ck-sas-164531/
I figured I had better make an "offical" SAS thread.
I am a week out from ordering the rest of the kit.
