solenoid resistor jumped wire

solenoid resistor jumped wire
When i bought my 4runner this was already rigged like this dont know if this could cause any idle problems and if should fix it. Found alot of post for the 22re but none for the 3.0 dont know if it makes a diffrence
The red wire just jumps the connector
