I got the shifter boot from an 85 - 86 toyota truck, not a 4x4 and trimmed it down a little to fit.

Maybe a little overkill, but I took it and had it powder coated with a textured coating so it would match the texture of the vinyl flooring. Only cost me $10

Does anyone know if the boots are rubber or vinyl? If it's vinyl i may try to use some blak vinyl dye on it. I dont thnk the dye works so well on rubber.

I have buckets. I have a center console, but the part that goes around the shifter is gone. PO broke it off.

I just put the center console back in my 4Runner, but i had to modify it a little to fit with duel cases.

I will try and get a picture tomorrow.

Curious to see what sort of mods you did to the console for the dual cases. I'm just going to build a new one out of some 16ga sheetmetal, but may steal your idea until I get time to build it!

I went out to the shop and took a couple of pictures, there not that good, but you can get an idea of what i did to the stock console to make it work with duel cases.
