Setting idle speed question

Setting idle speed question
So when you go set your Idle speed with the screw on the throttlebody after you set the idle speed Would you Have to reset the ECU / throttle position sensor buy disconnecting the negative battery terminal or pulling the fuse for the ecu do you just think it’s OK not to do any of that?
