2002 4-runner idle speed too low

2002 4-runner idle speed too low
I have a 2002 4-runner, and recently had the battery out doing cleaning and maint. on the cable etc. When i reconnected the battery, obviously all settings were gone. Now the engine idle speed is about 500, running too low to almost stall. How can i adjust the idle speed? I have found the throttle body (I think) so any assistance would be appreciated.
